Physical Well-Being

Our physical well-being program provides numerous benefits, including improved physical health, better social skills, and increased confidence. The programs focus is on a combination of physical exercise and healthy eating habits, tailored to the individual’s abilities and needs. Physical activities can include aerobics, yoga, strength training, and sports. The program is designed in a supportive and non-threatening environment, with qualified trainers who are trained to work with individuals with autism. It is also important to set achievable goals and celebrate progress along the way to encourage continued participation and motivation.

Our physical well-being program takes place 3 times a week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 9 am at LA Fitness on Van Nuys Blvd.

We believe it is imperative to focus on our physical well-being as our mind, body, and soul are all interconnected.
